The TV in my room did not work and when I reported it, there was no follow-up communication from the hotel staff. , the shower hose was inconveniently fixed and had to be stretched across the bathroom floor into the shower area.

They cleared a spare room for us even though they were fully booked and the manager personally drove us to the hospital multiple times.
